It's back lulz.
I support everytime a non-Niners team is picked to win the division. It means the niners win it.

Comeback player of the year, two rookies in contention for rooks of the year, the highest or top 3 rated draft class... good luck! The niners have personal experience that that is the kiss of death.

Games gotta be played though, in the end none of it matters except for who is the healthiest come January. Aside from AZ everyone has their guys, now its just a war of attrition.

Crazy how everyone thinks the Seahawks are all of a sudden going to be so good, lol.

They still have Geno at QB and an extremely suspect front 7.

They barely made the playoffs last year in a game where the refs absolutely screwed the Rams out of a win.

I see a sweep coming again.

Louis Riddick still eternally butthurt from not getting hired for Niners GM. Geno Smith is no more stable of a QB situation than a team not having named a starter yet. Good ole Geno was trending the wrong direction last few games. You know they say if you have 2 starting QBs you have none but if you have 3 starting QBs you have three.

I think it's much more likely that Geno is going to take a huge step back and regress to the average player that he is in 2023. I have zero concern about the Seahawks and winning the NFC West. I am much more concerned about getting the #1 seed.

This team cannot afford to lose games against subpar opponents like they did last year (@Denver, @ ATL, @ CHI).

It's going to take at least 13 wins again to get the #1 seed so there's zero room for error. The team needs to be locked in from Week 1 with the goal to win every single game on the schedule. You want that final NFC playoff game to be in SF this time.
Barring any major injuries I simply cannot see the Seahawks beating the Niners anytime soon. They are an average team at best and too far from being a Superbowl caliber squad. The natives at .Net already have them tagged as a championship team.

Perfectly said! Hear hear
seattle is depressing as f**k all year round and these timid creatures are scared of human interaction, but the one thing they are annoyingly loud about is their seahawks. I cant wait to drop three L's on them again this year. I got covid and almost died during the winter game last year up here, but it was worth every second of watching the 12th man's voice shrivel up and fade away when we got that nice lead lol. they are super confident that they can beat us, they really believe Geno is the chosen one

I rather we only just drop 2 Ls on them as I don't see that team making the playoffs. They were gifted a playoff berth last year and our Niners made a quick puree out them.

I'm tired of hearing about the 12th man. They couldn't even come up with an original name. They took it from Texas A&M. I believe there was a court battle ovewr the use of the name.

Anyway this whole thing about their fans being great because they're loud id BS. They aren't any louder than other teams when they're winning. The acoustics of that stadium reflect the sound back down to the field. That's what makes it loud. It's not like Seattle fans have louder voices than any other fans.

They should be calling the architect that designed the field the 12th man.
What's ironic is their very own Seahawks organization will not allow them to use the Seahawks emblem on their Seahawks.Net forums. Laughable.

Isn't the loudest stadium KC? Which is impressive cause it's an open stadium and old. Lol I believe they set world records. Crazy fans. Lol
I wonder what Reddick knows/sees that makes him say something like the crap that came out of his mouth. Did he watch G Smith last year? Does he believe he is going to turn into Doug Williams this year? Cause that is the ONLY way the sea chickens wind up in first place of the NFC West this year (unless ALL starters on the Niners go on the IRL).

this will probably be an unpopular take lol, but here goes..

SEA has a very good squad. You have two #1 WRs, who complement each other well. Lockett is hard to stay with, DK is a size / speed nightmare. They love to run the ball, K9 looked good, now they add another rook runner. You add JSN, top WR in the draft. You have two rook tackles, who started vs us in postseason, now will probably take a year 2 jump. Good secondary, and you add a top 5 pick, and likely get Jamal Adams back. HOF HC.

My only question, can they run stuff, and or rush the passer? I guess that is 2 questions. That Russell Wilson trade, is setting up to be one of the great trade heists of all time.

Faithful 6, well said. This sums up a lot of the optimistic content i hear on their locked on podcast (yes, hard to stomach). The only issues I would push back on, are Geno's ability to exceed what he did last year - over %70 completion rate and by the same token their two bookend tackles. Will they improve?? We'll see.
Obviously Carroll deserves his due and can't look past him 🙄 but they have question marks for sure centered mostly on the inexperienced of the aforementioned playmakers in your post.
Personally, i expect to sweep 'em.
