.nut is crying about Fred Warner lmao

The team who made their legacy largely around pushing the envelope with rules is crying about DK getting (an admitted unnecessary) hit and crying about it.

Maybe DK shouldn't have slammed Warner with the same hit that got Greenlaw labeled as dirty? Maybe DK should control his temper... it's not like he has a track record.
I didn't hear a peep from them when DK stomped on Tartts leg. That was dirty AF.
Now we root for Seattle this week?

No. That would be taking it too far!

.nut wants to blow it all up. Pete gone, geno gone, etc

In fairness, I have wanted Pete gone for a while and I was not sold on Geno given how he ended last season and performed against good defenses. The seahawks organization has made it clear their goal is to make the playoffs which theoretically gives you a "chance" to a win championship vs wanting to build an actual contender. I look back at the LOB years and the talent on that team and I honestly believe although Pete built the team, he was also a hinderance to their actual on field performance because games were a lot closer than they could have/should have been. The talent on that team was capable of destroying most teams put in front of it, yet every game was played close until 4th quarter. Pete's pressers has always been "we need just execute" and he would point at one or two plays that caused a game shift or something. But honestly if your team is unable to execute a plan, it means your plan is bad, the plan needs to be something the team can be executed with the talent on hand vs the talent facing them. I am a patient fan, I'm good with 2-3 bad years if it means you can hopefully build another something that looks good for a 1-2 year window. Contending for a playoff spot year after year is a business decision and everything I'm reading is that Jody Allen is just buying time to eventually sell the team. So it makes sense.

Carroll may not have blown out teams to your liking, but he sure AF can keep average squads competitive AF.....case in point, Seattle the last several years post LOB.

They still and will likely never be as bad as 2015-2017 49ers, 2018 49ers after Jimmy went down, and s**t maybe even 2020 49ers after all the injuries. Hawks' fans haven't seen the true bottom since pre-Carroll, and even then they went to a Bowl not long before he arrived there.

The NFC West Seahawks haven't really had it THAT bad.

But, they got a little taste of Super Bowls with some dominant play, and now they expect it. They wonder why Niner fans have felt "entitled".....now they know.

It is mind blowing to me how the Niners basically had two dominant runs in the past decade, two separate squads entirely (only Joe Staley is the common player), had a major losing streak in between and still went to the NFC Championship Game 6 times!!!!

Meanwhile Seahawks only twice in that time period, possibly 3 all time........but THAT WINNING PERCENTAGE.......

you 100% cheer for a bodybag type game where SEA wins at the end

Whatever hatred you have can be choked down for 1 game

Getting a 1 game cushion to protect the #1 seed has a huge impact on our SB chances

This. I hate Seattle, but I am 100% rooting for them against the Eagles. Having a 1 game cushion would be huge, especially with the Niners facing Baltimore coming up after AZ

JR Sleezy injuring and ruining Ian Williams' career
They also injured Mario Manningham iirc

Long list of dirty plays from that Pete Carroll led team to name them all
This is an interesting thread on the Seahawks forum.

The Seahawks have spent more resources on the defensive side in terms of draft capital of any team in the NFL and they still suck.

They made some pretty big trades for Percy Harvin and Jimmy Graham. That's a helluva lot of resources right there.

Harvin was probably worth it since he played well in the SB and they won it. But other than that, I agree Seattle does terrible with trades and free agent signings.

They probably miss RW too.
Just saw that DK unfollowed the Seahawks on his Instagram.
