Thank goodness Arizona lost

Doesn't matter if they lost by an inch or a mile, a loss is a loss, your seachumps lost.

Indeed.
A loss is a loss, a win is a win and a tie is a . . . .
well, let's just say, at this point, their particular tie seems like a half a win for the Hawks and half a loss for the Cards.

Anyhoo, at least they get an extra day of rest prior to the next game.
Here's hoping that, even though "the window" may be closing, "a door" is opening somewhere

How serious is Bennetts injury? Also noticed Kam has been out as well.

Four win team who should have two wins. What else is new. They could win this division with 7 wins easily. Perennial playoff team but no shot at the 'ship.

Rw NO tds in THE LAST 3 games. No excuses. He isn't a good qb this year. He has time in the pocket so you cannot blame his minor injuries. He is missing throws and is simply not a good qb as of right NOW. he has Baldwin AND graham. Are you kidding me???? Like I said before, it's good to be right about rw.

Thanks to Seattles defense, they were in this game until the end. Gave them a td on D.

the saints have one of if not the worst defense in the NFL and rw couldn't do s**t. Absolute garbage against a horrendous secondary with a good wr core. At least a trick play basically got them a td. Again, no tds in the last 3 games. Can't blame that on anyone but rw. He had time the last 3 games to complete passes. Rw CHOKED and threw a bad pass (surprise surprise) to lose the game for his team.

MB is having arthroscopic knee surgery tomorrow - expected to be out 2-3 weeks (today was the first game missed as a Seahawk).

KC suffered a groin injury in practice prior to the Atlanta game - haven't heard an update on his return.

Tanner Mcevoy needs some more attempts.

In the end tho, before and after... it'll look worse before it gets better

Haha nice! I really want to hear the excuses from the usual suspects. There should be none. The saints are garbage and rw has t thrown a td in 3 straight games. Good Game manager status against bad defenses......is shaky to say the least currently. Baldwin and Jimmy graham? Wow. He is killing this offense. At least a lot of us after performances like rw has been having can actually admit our qb is not as good as advertised. Dam. It's a shame but like we have been saying all along it's the defense. Yet another game rw chokes on and can't lead his team to victory. The evidence is staggering.

Sweet throw by McEvoy. Reminds me of that throw by Edgerrin James or whomever against us in 2009 when Peyton was kept out of the end zone too.

I didn't see most of the game, only NFL Redzone and often Saints' drives not Seahawks.

I can only imagine elguapo's analysis to be mostly correct just based on the statline and inability to throw a TD against a poor defense. If the Seahawks didn't have an epic goal line defense, the score differential could have been worse, just like the 2014 NFCC against Green Bay. Gotta give it up to them, they're awesome at that.

Of course we all were holding our breath on that final drive when seemingly Darrell Bevell channels Bill Walsh and the Hawks get 70 yards in 4 plays, like they usually do in crunch time. Good thing they were out of time outs and schematically limited to plays that would reduce their fortune in the end. I think even the Niners could have prevented the Seahawks from winning on that final play.

Buffalo will only need about 12-13 points to win next week. A tough task, but I think their offense is better built to battle Seattle than Miami's.

Just a random observation:

The terrible SF 49ers, with "terrible QBs", no WRs, a running game not running on all cylinders have still scored more points than the Seahawks this season....144 to 131.

Let that sink in.

It hasn't been brought up because of the losing. With a midpack D, the Niners are over .500 easily, maybe better. We used to have more than a midpack D not so long ago, and maybe even last year's team could have been considered mid pack.

Maybe they'll call Niner points garbage time, and Seahawks just holding a tight lead like the way Harbaugh used to be. LOL.

But then again, Carroll was never like that. 58-0 against Cards a few years ago, huge blowout of Bills too, us 42-13. "Pete never takes plays off, full throttle to wall, 60 minutes, 75 minutes if needed....".....has been the mantra I've been told.

I think it's safe to say more could be had from that team. It proves what many of us have known for years but needed "proof" before we could be taken seriously.

Wilson is a slightly above average quarterback at actually producing, with some elite qualities to win ballgames that are dead tight in scoring but not something you can rely upon all the time.

And all of that is with a strong running game. Now that it's not so strong anymore, he's looking mediocre.

The same way Cam, Kap, RG3, etc. have all looked at times. People actually thought he was an exception.

Funny.

when does the media start turning on these douches? THATS when the true crash can commence...

They're going to win the division, save for Bennett they don't have a single player of impact over the age of 30, and despite the total ineptitude of their offense so far they still have one of the top defenses in the NFL.

Realistically I think you should settle in and expect them to be a major part of the conversation for the next three years at an absolute minimum.
