ET's age is certainly starting to show. He can still cover but he's approaching that age where the body doesn't respond as quickly. You lose "twitch" in the 30's

Whoever lands CJ Prosise will have one of the most versatile backs in the league if he can manage to stay on the field. I've washed my hands of the Clowney contemplation. He's talented but he's lazy AF. Hopefully we can swing a deal for Ngakoue before training camp we've freed up a lot of cap by cutting some guys. I thought we had a nice draft. You can't really tell until they get a season under their belts.

I thought he was good in NE that year Brady got hurt. Don't listen to the detractors even Wilson has detractors still to this day. Good luck this year with injuries we all know how injuries often times can throw a monkey wrench into your game plan. Go Hawks!!!!
49ers.com posted full week 17 game. For anyone interested in seeing the 9ers walk in to vag stadium and rip out the 1-2's hearts en route to NFC West title

It was a great game. I thought it was going to be a blow out for he majority of the game. I give the hawks props for making a game out of it at the end, even if partially due to shooting ourselfs in the foot (Wishnowsky kicking the ball out of bounds on a kickoff setting up the comeback)
Also, Travis Homer was having himself a game. Kinda glad you guys signed Feastmode to take away his carries because Homer was so effective both running and receiving.
I was referring to feastmodes signing prior to week 17 match up. Homer is nothing great but did have a good game vs us last year. He seemed to gain 5 yards a pop every time he touched the football. He does have the quickness and shiftiness that tends to give our defense fits. So having feastmode take away his touches, and drag his fat ass around the field helped. As for next season, i really do hope Feastmode is signed as 4th rb over Homer, with both Carson and Penny both coming off serious injuries.
As far as Prosise, hes been hyped up by 1-2's for his versatility, since being drafted. Even though, the only versatility he's shown are injuries (sound familiar....*cough* HOFer Dissley *cough)

I agree. Even though it was looking like a blow out for the majority of the game, it was kind of better that it ended the way it did.

4 Primetime games for the Hawks but we usually get flexed into more. I like the schedule, the early bye and the 14th ranked schedule in terms of difficulty. We're normally top 5 in that category. And Cowherd picked us to win the division. Nice!!!!
Go Hawks!!!!

Tougher than the #14 rank they gave us considering we play the Niners twice and I hate early bye's because we normally have a healthy squad until November. We played much better on the road last year and was mediocre at home. Had the second worst pass rush. I mean we drafted 2 edge and brought in 2 more so we'll see. I'm thinking Green and either Jackson or Mayowa on the other side. BI will be situational. Taylor might start he was our second round pick we traded up for so we'll see. Not giving up on Collier just yet but he was a healthy scratch all year lolOriginally posted by 49erWill:Originally posted by JasonKraft:Got to admit I was pissed when y'all added Trent Williams he's a beast on the left side although I thought Staley was great there his entire career

I get that Russell Wilson is one of the 3 best QBs in the league and Pete is a great coach, but I don't understand how this version of the Seahawks is getting top 5 love in most current power rankings by the media.

We actually added a lot this offseason even without Clowney the D line is much better. Dunbar is one of the better corners in the league. Linebackers and secondary will be top notch.

The #Seahawks sure spent a lot of time losing this year, except for plays occurring in the 4th quarter. Wonder why? 🤔 pic.twitter.com/yueFvrHr2q

Yeah these Seattle fans are pretty delusional. So I guess it won't be a shock that they will be out of the playoffs right away if they even make it. Enjoy second place.
