Putting anyone in the same level as Brady is disrespectful.

Wilson same level as Rodgers and Mahomes.

Wilson has definitely developed into a much better QB than he was his first couple years. He just a knack for making plays at the right time. He's not the type of QB to put 30+ on you, but he does seem to always get the first downs and then make the plays when it matters. He's a new kind of a game manager type QB.

It's hard to asses him properly bc he's never had great weapons around him. One or two players at most, but never having a true elite WR or TE. They've always ran the ball well and played good defense.

I would put him in the top 10 easily though.

I agree, Wilson has improved from his first years in the league, but to put him at the same level with a QB that has been league MVP twice and led his team to a SB (not being carried by legendary defense and elite RB) and a QB that won MVP and SB in first 3 years is laughable.

Wilson is a boom or bust type quarterback. He will flounder for 3 quarters then all of a sudden will start scrambling once the fourth quarter rolls around, once the defense is tired to open up throwing lanes. Its like the same damn movie every time. Then you have all the Wilson nut huggers calling him a clutch QB, while ignoring the fact that he stunk it up for the first 3 1/2 qtrs lol He is not the prototypical QB like Rodgers and Mahomes that can shred you all four quarters from within the pocket. There is a reason Wilson usually struggles with 3rd down conversion because that is the money down for QB's (something Jimmy G has excelled in) Like i said, he is boom or bust.

I believe Carroll knows this and is the reason he leans heavily on the run game to move the ball more consistently throughout the game. Then once the defense is tired, he lets Wilson pass more....errrr mean scramble, so that his passing lanes open up and his reads are more defined.

I agree. But both QBs have been screwed over by inept front offices. Like the only positional groups I would want from the Hawks are QB and Punter.

WTF are you talking about???? Rodgers is a two time MVP and actually led his team to a SB unlike Wilson. He is also often regarded as a generational passer, if not the best talented passer of all time ( you noticed i said passer not scrambler).

"without a doubt" You are a joke like the rest of the 1-2's.

We are talking about the present not 5 years ago. Rodgers own organization just showed the world they are ready for him to leave. Dude is an elite talent but I do think there's legit questions about his leadership. That's one thing no one questions about Wilson. While I do think he is fake and is not genuine he is a good leader

If we are talking career-wise, I agree with Bay2Bay9erAllday

If we are talking right now, I agree with WestCoastO... I mean... JasonKraft.

Exactly. I think JG is a better QB in most areas than Wilson and his stats probably back that up. However, Wilson has the uncanny ability to make plays out of nothing. Not just a first down but big plays that turn games around. I think that's one of the reasons many people around the league don't rate JG highly. They see a solid QB with good stats who wins but they don't see those consistent game changing plays we see from Wilson. He reminds me of Favre in a lot of ways. He can look bad for most of the game but 2 or 3 times a game he comes up with a big play that keeps Seattle in the game.

That's a really good post. Jimmy is a better quarterback on third down passing and that is with Way s**ttier receivers. He also has a quick release and goes through his progressions better. Wilson is a better deep ball thrower and keeps plays alive better.

Very serious. Remind me what QB played the niners down to the last second both games and which one curled up into a ball for 60 minutes both times? Both QBs have barely any help on the entire roster (Rodgers does have a future HoFer at corner though)

Was one of the best upsets ever and was a genuinely fun game too watch. There was no rivalry yet between hawks and niners cause the NFC West was a f**king joke then
