i hope watson goes to seattle. hes good but I think theyll have to give up their future to get him. if all that was traded for stafford and wilson who are older dudes, how much do they have to give up for a dude in his prime? I dont think Watson is as clutch as wilson is. watson is good but we have never had a problem with good QBs, its the ones that have a tendency to make the ugly/miracle plays down the stretch that kill us and I think Wilson is the luckiest QB in the league
Kolohe do you know how to count?

Exactly! I've been hoping for this. The rebuild is bound to happen sooner or later and acquiring Watson would only prolong the inevitable

Watson is real good and tough (played with messed up ribs/lung), but he's not durable as Wilson once was

They NEED to fix Oline, upgrade front 7, help in secondary and depth all around. I don't believe Deshaun would choose cawk of Eagle

Right now between '22 and '23, the Seahawks have four 1st round picks I believe, not to mention five 2nd round picks (again including '23). Now tell me, how much 1st round picks do the 9ers have again??

no.

one '22 1st
two '23 1sts

two '22 2nds
two '23 2nds

Thanks, I forgot about the Jamal Adams trade. I also mis-counted picks in the Wilson trade. Either way they still have a s**t load of 2nd round picks that can get them back into the 1st round.

and to reiterate Watson has a no trade clause and demands.

Ya I really don't understand why some people think Watson wants to go play there. Wilson just demanded a trade from there, the same thing that Watson is doing lol.

He can't possibly think that situation is better there when the face of that organization wants out. Even if he's somewhat entertaining the idea, I'm sure he would get in touch with Wilson first and I highly doubt Wilson is gonna have a lot of nice things to say.
It's the Saints, Panthers or Browns for Watson.
Vikings are possible
I still think Philly or Carolina

Looks like if it is not Watson and giving up draft picks for him, it will be Malik Willis. what is scarier for the Niners: Facing Watson with Seattle having less picks, or facing Malik Willis with their cap space and picks?

Willis is more raw than Trey. Could still be good but it will be at least a year before we would fave him

Per @McClain_on_NFL, Deshaun Watson has rejected the Seahawks.

I'm happy.
