I think the thread should be changed to "Will Jared Goff be a Bust"?

We get it, its too early to call him a bust but we can speculate just like everyone else does nothing wrong with that
ask this question in three years and it will probably be obvious. They were asking if Vic Beasley was a bust last year and this year he's at the top of the sack list

If you think this is a hoot - check out the 500 page Jared Goff hype thread leading up to the draft.

This.

People calling him a bust after week one. What a damn joke.

Not week one anymore. Haha

From the looks of it Alex Smith had a better chance of succeeding. This guy is looking like Gabbert -2.0. Lol

Jared Goff is having an exponentially better rookie season than Alex did. Honestly, its not even close.

Your post I quoted and your general point of view on the subject is completely laughable. Make this thread in a few years. Saying "its official that a player is a bust" after a handful of career starts is just silly.

There is a question mark? not a period. So quote away and keep analyzing. Lol
I hope he's a bust. Nothing better than to watch a div rival fail.

The Rams have been failing for a long time. I'd much rather see them do well then AZ or Seattle.
Looks like the s**tcocks D beat hell out of him.

But it's the Rams so they will continue to fail. They had a quick few year stint but that was short lived and they are back to being who we expect them to be. AZ is not a threat. They are pretenders and have always been pretenders. SEA is the only true threat and they are unfortunately built to last

No quarterback in their rookie year, save for Dan Marino has looked like that in year 1. This isn't even a fair question.

Had the Rams had the #1 overall pick and just selected him, it would be different. The fact that they traded a bunch of future top picks for him and the expectations rise, simple as that. I didn't think he was worth anything close to a Top pick so to see the Rams trade that much ammo and to see him look the way he does is very refreshing. Dude was a loser in college and looks the part early. Newton looked promising. Luck looked promising. Goff looks completely lost and overwhelmed again, it is the ammo that was used to get him as opposed to a team just being in the #1 slot already and taking their guy is the difference.
