Goff is an average QB

Dude's arm is not average at all.

and he's constantly improving. he'll be a top qb within a few years.

Jimmy vs Jared will be like Tom vs Peyton in a few years. It's going to be an interesting next decade.

Its a shame when realignment happened in 2002 that it took the colts out of the afc east and put them in south just as brady vs manning got started. Wouldve had more than double the games vs each other then they had.
pretty funny....

They should do Buckner as a walk-on and watch him destroy their QBs

Sometimes people have such a spike that they never improve upon or come down from.

I think he'll be solid doe.. Will he become elite? Well he become Great with a capital G? We shall see.

Now that was funny!

I wish they did more of this and less of monitoring the Rueben Foster type of situations.

I'll bump this.

Why do I continue to call him a bust? Because the best he'll ever be is "a guy", not "the guy". Relative to his draft spot -- that nowhere near lives up to what is required of that slot. He's just a guy. Not a single team in the NFL cares that they're playing Jared Goff the next week. Not one. They care about playing Todd Gurley and Sean McVay.

Everything has to be right for him to make his high quality throws. He doesn't have the feet to dominate. Sean McVay has babysat him all year (he literally tells him what to do at the line until the headset is cut).

Again -- nobody cares about facing Jared Goff. He's just another QB. And for that reason he does not live up to his draft selection. He's a great 2nd round value. A poor #1 overall value.

Hmmmm

Goff did pretty good last night

Gonna come down to if they win any titles or not. A lot of what u posted could fit troy aikman like a glove. But nobody considers that former 1st pick a bust.

I don't agree. Aikman made other players better. Jared Goff needs lots of help to do well. Sure -- could he develop that ability? I guess. But you can say that about any young QB. Jared Goff isn't a difference maker at this point. Just another QB in the league.

Should petition to play every game on Thursday. In his last 2 games 80 points scored 7 Td's, 0 picks.

Goff is really good. Anyone trying to downplay his abilities is doing so for their own comfort. If it makes you feel good to say Gofff is average, or a game manager, or not "that guy" then whatever that's an indictment on the poster, not the player.
