Deion brought a swagger, but the 49ers defense in the early and mid 90's was far from soft. Deion wasn't exactly known for being hard. He generally shied away from contact.

Only way we'd get Sherman is if we were sneaky enough to get another team to trade for him and then give up a ton to that team. Basically zero chance Sherman comes here.

With our current scheme hell yeah. Plus, I don't think he would mind returning to california. But we have no chance of getting him during his prime, so its a moot point.
