I'm not sure what to make of this but, what happens when that rubber band pops again? Or, when WR's and TE's start running away from him who had 5.5 40's in the combine? I hope there are some CB's drafted so that when Dick can't get up(field), there is some insurance. Trumain, where the hell are you???

I almost wish Vegas had a Line on this … I'd be tempted to put down a few €'s
It all comes down to Sherman's health. He still performed well last season but no one will know for sure where he is at with Achilles injury. But it is pretty much a one year deal that becomes guaranteed for the 2nd and 3rd year only if Sherman performs at a high level.

Interested in seeing who we go after next.

Everyone reporting 3 years and $39 million but neglecting the key words "worth up to."

Ive seen 1 report out of countless that is using "up to."

Some random lady reporter that says Sherman told her up to $39.15M

All about that guaranteed cash

Right but when people use that "up to" preface, it typically means there are a ton of incentives.

Normally we dont hear up to if we are just talking guaranteed money. We hear 3 years, $39M, $26M of which is guaranteed.

I know I am talking semantics, but thats why the talk about "up to" has me confused.

So like I was saying, incentives and elevators are the reason contracts are qualified with "up to."

The original report of up to $39M has nothing to do with guaranteed cash.

She hates 49ers fans, she knows this is painful (her wearing 49ers uniform) for many of us to stomach

She's trolling us...first the signing, then she'll suck on the field and cost us a big game just to stick it to us some more

Not only will it hold up for the next 3 years but we'll end up giving him a 2 yr extension after the 3 yrs are up
