Alright so I literally briefly met him the other day at my work... TOTALLY f**king threw me off guard cause that was the last person i expected(had a new style thin hoodie on to be low key). He came in the Flemings I work at in La Jolla with his girl, my co-worker greeted him cause I was busy, then when I went over there and brought them menus followed my getting drinks started , they decided to go elsewhere(Still left 4$ for their trouble though I said not to).

I'm not gonna lie he made a pretty solid impression on me though it was only for 5 minutes. He was pretty f**king nice, along with his girl... When he decided to go I said f**k it and stuck my hand out, wanted to keep it classy and told him "Best of luck on your recovery Richard... God bless " he said thanks and god bless you too.

I was like omg I can't believe that just happened so was like f**k it and asked him was there anything in particular he was looking for or something I can recommend to him near by and didn't 100% hear him but somen about going to the sushi spot next door to us.

Anyways maybe someone can appreciate hearing somen like this, what I got from it is perhaps some people on the field and in interviews that they are passionate about can rub people's skin the wrong way and we should all be open minded that face to face interacting can perhaps change your view of that person or see them in a natural, relaxed atmosphere.

a couple buddies were on the sideline for a Stanford game a few years back along with Sherman ...they all said he was absolutely cool as can be. Very personable to anyone who approached him and would take the time to sign and take pics.

Yeah dude that's the hint I got though we all can be burned with good impressions lol. Im sure he does wanna be liked. Im sure he knows people hate him. Im sure he wanted to act right in front of his girl. But at the end of the day it did seem he can carry himself with class and I think we all went to the extreme at times for hating him for interviews and on field play... Really just interviews IMO.

I wanted to tell him I was a 49er fan but I know when not to push it lol.

I'm down for Sherman.. Sherman+Spoon is a sick tandem. I know Sherman would be fired up to play SEA and prove his worth to the NFL.

Lol. Thought about that.. Gotta remember he's more mature now. I hate judging people based off their early and mid 20s. I mean im 29 and know I can still improve as a person.. Why I backup peeps from Bieber to Reuben Foster lol.

Really? He's almost 30 with a still rehabbing Achilles tear. DBs are the defense version of RBs longevity wise. Bowman, even though different position, rehabbed his Achilles at same age of 29 (maybe 28 - close enough). Think of how far removed he is, sadly, from his dominant 2013 season in which he was robbed of DPOY I might add. Of course his multi-ligament knee injury made his recovery twice as bad and long as Sherman's Achilles, but I digress. They're both in their career stage of diminishing returns so no thanks on Dick.

Knows the defense... Who knows what happens
Seattle would never trade him to the 49ers. Onmy way it could happen is if they cut him, and I would only want to do it if it was a very team friendly contract

I would. All the other s**t aside. The guy plays all out

Also the chance to see him turn his hatred towards Seattle would be great

Orange Crush and Purple People Eaters were much better.

He'd lock up Baldwin... I mean that's almost half their offense no?

AB will carve him a new one twice a season

Nah. He just plays the role. If we signed him and he and Spoon lock down both ends with Colbert able to have free reign. Man, I wouldn't give two f**ks if he helped us win a title.

I remember hating Ken Norton and Larry Allen until they played for us.

Yup, he's a loudmouth fool, but doesn't seem like a bad guy, plus practically everyone who either could have a problem with him or the other way round is gone!

I'd give him a year or two prove it deal. Can teach our guys how to play the position.

yeah and seems like he has really matured over the last couple of years. I talked to some seahawk fans who said he changed his tone once he became a father.
