Gonna be great entertainment.

First real SEA/SF battle in almost 5 years!
I would rather have a good football player who can anchor that secondary. as of now. he is questionable due to his injuries. our team is not the team they were five years ago and no offense to our wide outs or running backs. teams are not scared of our offense in my opinion. no offense to jimmy. our linebackers are still terrible. no pass rusher. we need help in the secondary. the o line is still a mess. yep. i know the draft. hope so. the team took baby steps in the free agency period but i think some are over valuing our team and undervaluing the rams and their moves

Lol

Why even be a fan? Ive always been a realistic sports fan, but I also know when to be optimistic. Given the vastly improved state of the 49ers in the last 1.5 years, id like to politely say "STFU". We went from aimlessly led by Chip Kelly and Trent Baalke, to intelligently and precisely operated by John Lynch and Kyle Shanahan. From Blaine Gabbert and washed up Kaepernick to Jimmy Garoppolo.

Like Lynch has said, its not about getting the best players, it's about getting the right players. They're looking for scheme fits, as well as culture fits. Its not about blowing all our money on the top free agents like Jacksonville did.

Some people just seem to be deadset on being miserable, and put so much effort into striving for negativity.

typical. you point out legit concerns about the team and are told you should not be a fan

Spoon made a couple of picks but he also gotten beaten badly on some plays to. One example is the one where Colbert knocked out the Rams WR in the last game of the year. Spoon get beat bad and lacked the recovery speed to overcome his mistake If Spoon wants to be like Richard he gets to see first hand how hard Sherman works physically and mentally to be the best. The best DB coach the 49ers have ever had is Richard Sherman and I'm pulling for him to return as close to form as he can.

Ronnie Lott.

Legit concerns? Theyd be concerns if Shanahan had tried to fix them, but seemed incapable of doing so. Give it a little time.

I asked why you bother being a fan if you're going to be negative about the small stuff, when in reality things are looking WAY up. We have a good GM, a good coach, and a young, franchise QB. Why are you complaining about anything?
Cc not being a downer. We don't have a pass ruch our linebackers suck minus Foster. And we need help in the secondary. All true points as of right now. I think we could use another vet CB b/c I'm not sure how healthy Sherman will be.

Good thing we still have an entire draft (and FA still isn't over).

Who knows maybe a team is willing to trade with us between now and September.
Plus we could still pick up a really good vet after June 1st cuts

Rumor has it the Eagles offered us Carson Wentz for a 2nd rounder, and we turned them down because we already have a franchise QB.

thats fine.. but right now. at this point in time. those are my concerns.. a year ago i had serious worries about qb. now i do not. it is always a fluid thing. i think its ok to discuss concerns on march 18th just as it is on the eve of the season

small stuff.. one wide out who is getting up there with a serious neck injury. another who is coming off a bad head injury leaving just a decent third target in trent..no pass rusher, despite sherman who is coming off injuries a less than stellar secondary. yes. the worst collection of linebackers around. and lack of quality guards. you can call them small stuff and yes maybe they will all be fixed. but today they are not small stuff and anyone who thinks that is whistling past the end zone

i would think the team would still sign a vet to compete for cb. inside linebacker and offensive line. maybe wide out. if not now. after the draft
