By all accounts, Richard Sherman is D O N E in Seattle.. I know we have had our "issues" over the years with him, and he may be a bit overrated, but is he worth a look? We need help in the secondary. If he is released, we don't have to worry about his cap hit, and he can start over at the market rate. He is still only 29 and I think he could provide some veteran leadership on the D especially in the secondary. And let's be honest, a 75% Richard Sherman is still better than anything we had last season.

Already a thread on NFL talk, but yeah, should kick the tires at least if he is looking for something reasonable. Obviously wouldn't pay top dollar due to age and injury history

He turns 30 this month, he's old slow and has become injury prone. Lost his heart after losing that super bowl. He might have some decent play in him but am repulsed of the idea of him in a 9er uni. Doubt Seahawks would trade him inside the division anyway

Absolutely. Fans need to get over their 'personal' hatred for Sherman that means nothing, and look at the business side of it.

He's done? So, he's not playing in the NFL anymore? You're reaching out of emotion.
He can play. He can likely play very well. He is familiar with the system, so no learning required. He will never be what he was at his peak. Achilles tears take six months to fully recover from. He will be a 100% participant in training camp. The team would never pay him top dollar or a long term deal -- so money is moot.
