how many picks do we get for this guy?

Too bad you can't trade assistant coaches for draft picks.
I think. M.Leflure and M.McDaniel would be worth mid-to-late round picks.

Yeah i don't get it either. You are "punishing" a team for having more minority talent. If anything i would think you would get a "HIGH FIVE"(teehee) of an extra 5th thrown in for a superb job.
