It's weird. I'll break it down (how I'm interpreting it).

-If we lose just Saleh this yr we get a 2021/2022 comp 3rd.
-If we lose just Mayhew this yr we get a 2021/2022 comp 3rd.
-If we lose BOTH Saleh and Mayhew his yr, we get one 3rd rd comp in 2021, 2022, 2023.
-If we lose Saleh this yr and Mayhew next yr we get 2021 3rd, 2 3rds in 2022, and a 3rd in 2023.

So it seems like the best case scenario (rather not lose either) is to lose them in back-to-back yrs vs at the same time...doesn't' really make sense to me
