Hate to see guys go that have helped this organization. But we were stacked at the top with him and Peters. Can't keep em all.

That may be true. However, we don't make the rules. It appears Washington has found away around them. Its annoying bc its not like it is THEIR 3rd round pick. Again this doesn't have anything to do with the whether the rule is right or wrong. it is a rule. It appears to have been manipulated.

I´m happy for Martin.
These guys came here at a very bad moment in the history of our franchise.
To see that a lot of our executives and coachs are interviewed around the league is really saying something about Kyle and John ´s work.

Yeah, MM said last week if Mayhew left, Ron would get promoted to his spot.
Might as well...we're not going to be doing much of anything in free agency for several years.

Its not a reward, its compensation. Its a form of racism but definitely not the same racism that has plagued the world thoughout history haha. The type of racism you are referring to that plagued the world is the same racism that resulted in a sport whose players are 70% black with less than 10% in coaching and FO positions.
But yeah, I think Lynch probably wasnt a big fan of Mayhew and gave him to OKAY to go to Washington. Im just glad Peters stayed
