Its not a reward, its compensation. Its a form of racism but definitely not the same racism that has plagued the world thoughout history haha. The type of racism you are referring to that plagued the world is the same racism that resulted in a sport whose players are 70% black with less than 10% in coaching and FO positions.

But yeah, I think Lynch probably wasnt a big fan of Mayhew and gave him to OKAY to go to Washington. Im just glad Peters stayed

That may be true. However, we don't make the rules. It appears Washington has found away around them. Its annoying bc its not like it is THEIR 3rd round pick. Again this doesn't have anything to do with the whether the rule is right or wrong. it is a rule. It appears to have been manipulated.

Just the perception of the move. The fact that he was able to leave on a lateral move while on contract. Maybe Washington found a way around it. But if Lynch doesnt put up a fight to keep him, then i cant imagine he was a big fan

I heard this on KNBR earlier and they were talking it out and it sounded like we were getting a 3rd. This was at like 10 am though

Bruh, calm down...I aint Grant Cohn writing an article about it. Just a perception of the situation.

What do we know? Mayhew isnt going to be the GM and this is basically a lateral move, given that VP of Player Personnel is the position right below GM (same as Adam Peters). Also, lets take in the fact that the WFT is a dumpster fire of an organization. They have the worse owner situation in the league, worse than us (which says alot). Why would he make a lateral move to a worse team and why would Lynch allow it? Maybe Redskins offered a SVP role, that pretty much loopholes the rules and Mayhew is promised the GM role down the road. Maybe not...

Also, not unheard of to promote someone and sour on them years later. Its just an odd development. Overall, Im pissed that they stole an executive from us and we arent getting anything in return
