This seems like that Bibbs trade with the Broncos... out of the blue and and why now.
Seems like they just want to seem like they are doing something.
We've had some players busting their asses on this team for a few years now, even when s**t and moral has been bad... yet someone who just signed this year already gets a contract extension?
Their own guy right.

Who were expecting to be extended then?

Just an FYI the only players eligible for extensions are guys who either have 4yrs of experience or more, or were drafted in 2014 or earlier, so no 2015-2017 picks can sign new deals per the CBA.

Solid veteran that can play in the NFL. Not a bad move for that amount of money. Gives others hope that if they keep ball'n and doing right it doesn't go unrewarded.

For that price we're not expecting him to be a no1, but he can provide value without breaking the bank. He'll prove to be good value imo.

Great job #49ers to lock up K'Waun. Has been one of the best Nickels in the NFL over the past 3.5 years. Congrats!

If true, that's a good deal.
Where is the link?

Ian Rapoport reported the terms, 3yr $10M with incentives, $5M GTD, no other details, like signing bonus, or what is fully GTD at signing.

Not a bad deal imo. He's been playing solid especially for that contract.

Look this was an easy deal for them to get done. It's 5 guaranteed, 3 years for a young player. The rest of the guys are gonna take a bit more cash. KW has been good , he's quiet, does his job doesn't talk a lot. It doesn't suprised me one bit they did this deal

lol baalke uses a high 3rd round draft pick to draft a CB with major injury concerns and he is no longer on the team. Lynch comes in and this fool signs this "scrub" to a minimum contract and he's 100x better than redmond....
I hate baalke.

Yeah, he does a good job covering the slot receiver and he's still really young. Good signing.
