All i remember is every 3rd down, there was a completed pass across the middle. K'Waun shows up and that stopped. We need him back.

Me 2, Saleh seemed to love him, same with Sherman. I'm holding out hope we can retain Hyder & K'Waun if they last long enough on the open market, both are 30 or near 30, Hyder has only had 2 good years both under Kris Kocurek, I really thought he was a lock to return, then we sign 26yr old Samson Ebukam, and I have no issue with it, just really hoping Hyder is back too. As for K'Waun he loves to tackle, I hope to god he gets passed over, and we get him back on a 3yr deal.

He is also the best Blitzer on the team, CB or otherwise. Like Everytime he blitzes bad s**t happens to the offense

Not disagreeing, I just think the skill set on the outside is probably a bit more of a priority since Sherm is gone.

Not gonna disagree, but if ESPN is to be trusted, they said the 49ers want to lock up K'Waun, so they may try to get him back. I don't know if they can afford another outside CB this season, more likely a draft picks, or very very very cheap FA. Peterson just got a 1yr $10M deal from the Vikings, probably worth up to $10M, but still a lot.

That had more to do with Saleh doing a great scheming those plays

True but kwuan also just had a nose for disguising it, taking efficient path to QB and finishing (unlike a lot of our pass rushers!)

There is a skill to those things beyond scheme
