Kicker Robbie Gould

Kickers are missing more this year than I've seen in a long time. Not just FGs but extra points.
Robbie has sucked ever since that hold out. Should've let him go then.

Dude looks like he's practicing to lose us a playoff game.

Sucked is a bit too harsh, but ya he's definitely not been as good as he was before. I was down with keeping the kicker we used for a couple of weeks and cutting Robbie.

Don't forget, he's also older. Most players decline as they age. They can find someone in the off season if they aren't happy with him.
I'd be more than happy to replace both of our kickers. Gould and Wish can both go.

You guys can rag on Gould all you want but don't forget that the Bengals kicker missed a shorter FG attempt that would have been a game winner. If he had made that the Bengals last TD in regulation would have put them up 23-20 instead of tying the game.

You assume the game would have played out exactly the same way if he made the kick. Also, why does Gould get a pass, because the Bengals Kicker missed a field goal?

You love telling people to "not forget"

Because they often forget much of what happened. The game may have played out differently if the Bengals had made that FG but we don't know. At tha tpoint theBengals were moving the ball really good and the Niners were staggering.

SMH - going to be a liability when/if playoffs
I remember 2017 and 2018 he hit 95%+ each year two of the best kicking seasons in 49er history. Those seasons are why he's still on roster. 82% last year 81% this year which is below career average and kinda borderline if you're under 80% you're job is in question. I'm still a believer this is no time to be switching kickers that time is the offseason. He's a vet and a pro who handles his business. The knee jerk reaction is rarely the correct one.

Actually Wish kept kicking into the endzone and I'm not sure why with all the trouble they were having holding on to the ball in special teams.

When did the Bungles kicker miss his FG? At the end of regulation to win the game? Nope, so we can continue to rag on Gould.
