Arizona Cardinals thread

Phoenix will probably disagree but I don't think think they will be as bad as some of the predictions I've seen. I'm not going to say that they will be good just not awful.

The NFCW is basically:

SF
AZ

With Seattle having the best QB in the division (right now) so they can't be written off. Let's call a spade a spade, the 49ers are 0-12 vs AZ/SEA over the last 3 years. With both coming back to the pack they have to show they can compete with them before they are taken seriously as a challenge to LA.

I realize there is no rush to re-sign David Johnson because of the tag, but you'd think they would actually make him a priority. He's one of the best players on the team, certainly one you'd want to build around going into the future. I'll take him on SF (no chance in hell).

Depends on B. In my experience w him as Rams QB, he's out week 2.

That said, if him and Johnson can get an offense going. It's not a bad one.

Fitz knew what he was getting into when he resigned, what he thought that this was gonna be Kurt Warner all over again? He wants to play for one team his whole career, I'm sure contenders would've gave him 1 year since he's still can make plays

If I were him I would ask to be traded to a contender. I doubt he does that though.

The Cardinals are always overrated by this board. They have been, at best, an average team. Their roster is among the league's worst. That is hard for people to realize for some reason because they have two great players on defense -- Jones & Peterson, and one (only one) on offense -- Johnson.

Zero teams in the NFL fear playing the Cardinals. None.

Should easily beat these guys twice this year

I was way off albeit one game.
