Train wreck hire. Almost feels like Lane Kiffin 2.0. Seriously, the guy has done nothing to earn an NFL HC coaching job outside of being buds with McVay and coaching Mahomes.

I agree with you, Kingsbury has done nothing impressive to warrant a head coaching job in the NFL. But two things Kingsbury has going for him is that he's young and two, he's an offensive minded head coach. Still I think I would've chosen Matt LaFleur over him or even Pete Carmichael or Dan Campbell.

I think best case scenario for 49ers to get Bosa is a QB rises during predraft and two teams want him. ARI opts to stock up on picks (trade down) because there aren't any offensive prospects worthy of a top5 pick. That ARI offense does need help in a bad way.

Arizona switching to a 3-4. How does this affect their draft? Chandler Jones could fill the Aldon OLB role. They might be more interested in drafting an elite DT like Williams.

If memory serves they ran the 4-3 for only 1 year. They may still have the people to make it work. I think Jones is perfect at olb though (I see good Aldon alot when I see him play) and Bosa isn't really a fit at olb imo. If they are moving back to a more traditional 3-4 that may benefit us.
