Legit at what...being 5'6 1/2, 185 lbs and running around for his life?

The size thing is such a weak talking point. He's an inch shorter than Russell Wilson. That one inch isn't what will stop him from being a successful NFL QB. Seeing him in practice and games, he is a very dynamic passer with great leadership ability. Smart and confident with a natural aptitude for the position.

I don't think he is built to take punishment the way Wilson does every year though and that lack of OL is one of the two biggest issues on the team.

In both preseason games thus far the other team has been crashing into the backfield like they were running through a bunch of turnstiles and the second game had most of their starters in the lineup. Murray has never faced any real adversity out on the football field thus far. How will he handle getting his body caved in by a bunch of 280+ pound behemoths while his linemen stand there shrugging like "sorry bro"?

If dude wasn't in our division, I'd be rooting for him. He definitely has all the tools to become a very good QB, he's a better passer than RW was when he entered the league.

However

If you want to be elite, you have to be on the field. That's why I don't think he excel in this league. He's going to get hurt often (imo). After preseason, every defense will know how to attack him and that offense.

Doesn't size generally correlate directly to ones ability to endure NFL punishment? Generally speaking bigger, stronger, heavier = less injury.

I don't think height does as much as overall frame. Murray isn't that slight, dude looks pretty thicc in person but Wilson is a freaking tank for a QB. He's built to take sustained beatings. He could have been a RB if he wanted to.

He looks like a baby out there...what we might see is Kyler sipping on a bottle of milk on the bench while nursing an injury

Too bad for Tards...their WR corps is thin.

I remember a few people here wanted him. FO would get excoriated if this happened.

I haven't seen any of their preseason games, but didn't they draft 100 receivers?

Doesn't matter. Their o line is so bad... there won't be anything to receive anyways.

Quite frankly, this
Marsh to Cardinals.

Staley and McGlinchey better not allow a sack to him.

They'll just throw him off before the snap count (but not like they have to), "hey bro, how's that Magic card game going these days?"
Murray looking better than Jimmy.
