NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Cardinals are finalizing an extension with DeAndre Hopkins.
The terms of the deal aren't yet known, but we'd expect Hopkins to become one of the top paid wideouts in the league. He was already under contract through 2022, but Hopkins had become a bit of a bargain and was seeking a pay raise and years added onto his deal. We'll update later when the numbers come in for the 28-year-old.

Horrible. He was one of my favorite non 49ers players before he got traded to the Retardnals , f**k you Bill O'Brian
So how delusional are all the cardinal sites right now

Kyler officially getting the super star treatment. Can't touch him but he runs like a deer. Watch the MVP level season now that he is two hand touch only

Yup the Hyder call was horrible
With Kyler's throwing ability, all he was missing was an ultra possession receiver.

They gave him DHop. Deadly combo.
It would be nice to see jimmy jump to almost elite status if he had an elite wr like many qbs have. Brady Brees Murray Wilson Lockette and Metcalf combo is great and so many others

I'd like to see a rule change. When mobile QB's like Murray turn into a runner, he should be treated like one once he passes the line of scrimmage, regardless of whether they slide or not. Its tough to watch watered down football tackling, especially when it comes to mobile qb's.

It's funny that they used 8 draft picks on receivers who are currently hurt, a bust, or no longer here. I cannot say that they refused to upgrade the position. But they are really bad at scouting receivers.

Either that or they'll have to cut a yard or two from the slide..........so slide and give yourself up, but it's gonna cost you physically if you truly need that conversion.

I get what they're trying to do but I hate it. Meanwhile the less mobile QBs just to scramble have to run like hell to be able to just get the yardage that they're in a more vulnerable position to get hurt each time (like Jimmy the other day).

Meanwhile Kyler, Wilson, Mahomes......LAMAR.......it's not even fair.

And what kills me?

Kap never benefited from these rules. Not once. Took a kamikaze hit from Clay Matthews out of bounds to yield a late hit on him.....

Your Steelers are great at scouting WRs, probably the best in the league.
Arizonas chances rely on Kyler Murrays legs. It is what it is. Luckily for us, the rest of the league doesnt seem to struggle against runners like we do. Oh and Pugh playing dirty.
They have a great shot at the division. I called this after last year though.
