And now Rodney Hudson. They've had a good offseason.

i wouldn't call him clueless. i just don't know if he's a good HC yet. they have the talent now, so anything short of a playoff spot will put him on the hot seat.

They had no business losing to CJ Beathard. Their HC costed them at least 5 or 6 games with poor decisions.

They are signing old names...not talent.

Emmitt Smith was a cardinal at the end of his career too.

They will lose Hassan Reddick and other young talent as part of their off season.

I dont think they are improving so far.

Watt isn't washed up, he was among league leaders in pressures despite being the only real threat on that Texans D garnering all the game planning and neither is Green who doesn't have to carry the load anymore with Fitz and Hopkins there too. Hudson was an all pro in 2019. This is a great fa haul for them so far
Damn, i thought the Raiders cut Hudson.

but now he was traded to the damn cards for a 3rd?

Green is a deep threat... he will be wasted in that horizontal, gimmicky offense.

Fitz did absolutely nothing last season and he's likely on his way out. Green hasn't been anything resembling a dominant receiver for years and the "he had to carry the load" argument is BS. They've also had very good receivers around him. Last year they had Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd, all of whom had much bigger seasons. Green was effectively the #3 WR on that offense last year.

Kliff Kingsbury better at least reach the playoffs this season or it's....

On a per-snap basis, Green was one of the least efficient wide receivers in the league last season. He averaged just 1.06 yards per route run, which ranked 92nd out of 103 qualifying wide receivers. Green caught 47 balls for 523 yards and averaged a career-low 11.1 yards per reception. He caught just 45.2 percent of his targets, which ranked last out of 103 qualifying wide receivers. This was after he played just nine total games from 2018-19.

Maybe Green surprises, but why are the Cardinals rushing out to sign him for $6 million? The wide receiver market has been slow, and there are strong indications that younger, more productive players will be available for less in the weeks and months ahead. Arizona needs pass-catching help, but the process here is a bit of a head-scratcher.
