ARI didn't plan for the future. Who are their young players?

lol AJ Green. Only playoff losses in CIN.
Goes to ARI.
CIN wins a playoff game, and ARI loses a playoff game.

Ruh roh
There was a tense meeting involving Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill, GM Steve Keim and coach Kliff Kingsbury yesterday, per source. Bidwill was unhappy with late-season slide and intimated changes were possible.

"s**t hit the fan," source said.

And Steve Keim will inexplicably be allowed to hire a fourth head coach.
FOUR head coaches? I'm trying to think fo a GM that got to do that but I can't think of any names. Not ones that didn't win Super Bowls at least. And even then, I think the list is short.

What an odd trend. A few seasons sure, but this is every season where his team fades.
I love it. Heartbreak for those Cards.

Just heard that the talk is that Kyler lacks the mentality of a successful QB. Interesting.

It helps when you've been in the organization forever and you're practically BFF's with the owner. Keim has been working for the Cards organization since 1999. He hired Arians, Steve Wilks and Kingsbury and I'm guessing that they'd let him hire yet another HC.
Mina Kimes has been one of a few in the media actually calling him out while the local sports media here pretty much takes it as their jobs to defend him.
She continued: "And I want to key in on that and the job that Steve Keim, the GM has done, because all season long when Stephen A. (Smith) was putting this team on the top of his A list, and trying to sell them as a Super Bowl contender, I expressed doubt week after week because I saw a lack of depth. You saw it with the offensive line. You saw it in the wide receiver group. You saw it in the secondary, at linebacker, going back-to-back with those off-ball linebackers who couldn't even see the field because they didn't trust them to stop the run and that's what concerns me so much about this team going forward, going back to the original question about their ceiling. I look at this roster and I don't see them getting better and that's a problem."

He was torn between football and baseball. That doesn't sound like someone that's all-in on football.
