Burrow and Herbert licking their chops. If Trey has his growing pains the next couple years the one positive is he will be cheap to extend. Then he can become elite after we give him a 10 year deal.

That is ridiculous. If that type of study habit doesn't come naturally, Kyler will never reach his full potential as a pocket QB. He's already limited by his height - add in poor study habits and I feel great about ARI signing him to a long contract. He'll still be dangerous out of structure, but he'll never be consistent if he doesn't truly embrace the film study portion of being a QB.

I absolutely LOVE that the Cards signed this fool to that MASSIVE contract. Says he doesn't need to study film cause he sees it before it happens. Arrogant like I've never heard of for a FQB and the Cards are stuck with him.

I would like to see somewhere in the contract where he's allowed to play MLB. Maybe A's could trade his rights to Arizona. Players used to do this like Deion Sanders, Bo Jackson and Brian Jordan.

Imagine the field day the media would have and alot of Niner fans(Especially the Jimmy fan club) if Trey came out and said he doesn't want to waste his time studying film? That he doesn't need it due to his athletic ability.
