If he has Buckner also rushing inside then Bosa and Ford coming off the edge. Then there's nowhere at all to go on that play.

Lol who is the right guard? Solly's b***h that's who.

His rush reps were great. I'm just being 100% objective.

This also happens when Solly is inside. You can see why coaches struggle with him. Just being objective. He's had some beautiful interior rush reps.

I know that looks bad but it's actually not terrible. You gotta look at how much push they got and it wasn't much. As one of Thomas' biggest critics, I've been impressed with him so far this game.

I think we can all agree he's not getting doubled lined up next to Bosa, Buckner and Ford

As a DL, it's always bad if you don't defeat the drive blocker and get passed off.

That's exactly what we need. Fair criticism. Yea I know you are. You had plenty of love for solly.

Exactly, I got a ton of love for Solly.

If that was Defo, Freddy, etc. I'd be doing the same to them.

Yes, that's the entire point. Interior players get doubled on those type of runs. It's their job to defeat those doubles, and when the interior player can't hold up, he becomes a liability. Hence why the coaches struggle with Solly's position.

Nobody beats the double every time man. He has the ability to split it more often than a lot of players due to his superior athleticism and quickness. With more reps he will only improve and they aren't going to be able to double Buck and Solly. Buck will attract more attention anyways.

You're absolutely right but we can't argue that he doesn't have a much bigger impact inside. The guy puts in the work, I have faith that he will only continue to improve with more reps inside.

I thought AA would be in on run downs and Solly would be in on pass downs. AA too slow to get anywhere on pass downs.

That would make sense.

AA had a bunch of snaps at edge, and it was ugly watching him from the wide split lol.

And he's still slow off the ball despite Kocurek's efforts.
Why is ST look like he is 250 lbs when he needs to be 290 and playing DT? Everything about this guy gives me the rage.

He held his lane against a double team. The RB had to bounce it clear around behind him. If 32 does not overrun the play to the inside, it is held to little of no gain.
