Solomon Thomas, DT

You can't just say Solomon needs to be playing inside on 3rd because someone obviously beat him out for that position. I mean how the sport works, you compete for the job and get named starter, and Solly ain't the guy right now.


So Where you going to play him? 3rd and short , you need size upfront, Blair or Jones. 3rd and 5,6yds then you still got to respect the run and Blair is still the better choice. So what's left? He's 3rd and passing situations. I mean that's a role player imo.

No need to make excuses for the guy anymore. He's just not better than the guys in front of him, he hasn't earned that role on this team. Hopefully they can find a role for him or a suitable matchup next game.

No way. Solly can at least produce against the run and be a role player. Jenkins couldnt even be a 6th freaking WR. Please go...

ST is a disappointment but we've added some pretty good talent through the draft the last three years, we've done about average with free agents, and traded for Jimmy. At this point that record does not indicate Lynch is trash.

To be fair, I was trashed first.

And in regards to my statement, it's the fans accepting mediocrity. But fair enough. If I had to place a bet, I'd say Niners need to end the season with a record above 500 for Lynch to keep his job. Just too many mediocre to bad drafts to sustain a successful team.

I swear it's like they said "You know what, any chance this kid has of making an impact at this point, yeah f*ck that. Let's put him at edge some more and even throw in some coverage for him"

At least this time he wasn't playing on the line and had to run his ass to cover a wheel.

I just want to see the DL on pass down of Bosa, Buckner, Thomas, Ford just once next game. At least give me a glimpse at it.

Thomas can't complain about reps - he's a backup now.
