Like I said, he just needs more snaps. You can tell he's hungry and eager to prove he's an impact player. His get off on the line is noticeably faster than most other players.

He's really starting to shine when he's on the inside.

He's obviously better at his natural position. My question is do we let AA walk?

No!
Seriously, he will not walk. There will be enough room to sign him and others. The restructuring of Richburg's contract is but one step in that process.

AA can lineup anywhere now.
He may get a crazy offer in FA though. It may come down to a choice between signing AA this year or Buckner next year. Might be time trade Solly to someone that will take his $9M off the books.

Glad you noticed! Seemed to have a different energy tonight.
I have no problem giving props when they are due. Solomon was disruptive when he was in there last night. This hasnt been the case much at all this season, in spite of being told by one poster he has been playing well.
Hope this continues. It will be a huge help in the playoffs.

You only get half his money off the books in a trade. The signing bonus is already baked in.

I could see a restructured deal that would drop him back into the $5-6M range and a two-year extension to spread the cap hit. He is turning out to be a good rotational player, so keep him. Let's see how he does in the playoffs.
