He was always very talented but he needed time to adjust to the game, unlike bosa (which bosa is a freak and it isn't fair to hold people to his play) but honestly I think what slowed Sollys growth as a player was the tragedy that happened with his sister.
That would break anyone for at least a while and take their focus from things such as work. I hope he gets even better and comes out the other side from this

Next years line will be Ford-Solly-Buck-Bosa AA is great but like many have said, without ford he disappeared and he will be expensive. Buck is way more valuable for the money we will need for these guys

Buckner to Solly
What a disappointment that would be.

AA wasnt the only guy that had numbers fall off after Ford and Blair were out. But he was the one that was versatile enough to cover snaps at the DE position due to injuries.

Which means less aerodynamic efficiency. Drafting is effective because the entrained laminar BL can be recaptured by the trailing body, given the proximity and speed are appropriate. Generally "dirty air" is full of full-turbulent eddies and has little to no fluid dynamic performance (other than turbulent mixing).

Would be awesome if he had a sack in the Super Bowl.

A sack on Mahomes would be poetic

If he does that will boost his confidence big time and help solidify his part amongst our monsters. Might prefer him getting one before Bosa for that reason, players can blossom out of no where

Especially because Armstead may be gone after this game.

I honestly think they will do what they need to retain him.

I think it'll be time to move on from Thomas after this year.
But Armstead i can't see going anywhere.

"Move on" from a rookie contract? Dude.
Niners might tag AA, but I don't see how they pull off a long term deal. Someone is gonna pay this kid $100M.

Just rewatched a bunch of the 10 minute youtube highlight packages from some of our games this season. Solly's sack in the first Rams game was his best play of the season. Unreal burst and play.
I hope that Solomon comes out in the playoffs, not the one we saw in the majority of the games this season.

Yeah that was a beautiful play. Definitely need him to produce big in his limited snaps. We'll need the depth guys to step up their game to hopefully allow the starters to be fresh enough to close out the game and ensure we get the W.
