Time to move on
It sucks this was his year to shine. I feel for the guy, but it's time for more DJ Jones. That guy is an absolute savage. That interior pass rush was grooving after Solly was carted off.

He was banged up after the game too. Not sure what his status will be for the Giants game.
RIP Solly, we hardly knew ye
Good luck in the future. It looks like we're going to run with Taylor/Daniels and the other incumbents going forward after this year. Lots of promise at the position. Feel terrible for Thomas because he can't play the sport he loves, but the main reason he was still with the team was because it would've cost us too much to cut him.

Last game as a Niner....great person who's been though a lot I wish him well.

We wont be able to afford him?

We don't need him

Didn't notice his absence in the game. I hope Kinlaw can be as durable and dependable as DeFo.

We always need depth, for 1.

For 2,...the season's pretty damn long. Our ideas of already having some "Super DLine" Is so 2019ish....far, far long ago after all these injuries and Buckner's departure. We have next to no idea how we're going to look on the DLine come next training camp.

Needless to say (or at least it should be), it's a little early to be waving goodbye to starters injured w/14 games still left in the season.

Yep, he's good as a backup and the coaches like him.

This injury absolutely makes it more likely he is back next year. I'm not a fan of his. But I'm okay with him back on a salary that is fitting for his role and production.

Unless he's willing to come back for the vet minimum I think he's gone.

No one's going to offer him a big contract with him coming off torn ACL. He'll only get the vet minimum.

I'm sorry but when you have 2 D-lineman both suffer torn ACLs in the same f**king game there's something seriously f**ked up with the playing surface.
