Ya, but AA can be cut with a small amount of pain in 2023. $11M hit but a $10M savings... Not great but not Dee Ford bad.

So glad Richburg restructured his contract so we can make a run at Thomas in FA. Hopefully we have enough firepower.

Lol at anyone who thinks there's still hope for this scrub. One of the worst busts of all time, and definitely the biggest in 49ers draft history....yes even worse than Druckenmiller and AJ Jenkins
don't let the door hit ya buddy...

A smidgen over vet minimum and not a penny more
Sounds more than reasonable considering his lack of production.
He'll be in Houston next season.

the need to resign thomas long term is greater than a want to sign williams in my opinion. am glad to see lynch doing some restructuring with other guys to make this happen

No. Just because he was the 3rd pick doesn't mean he's a bigger bust than Jenkins, Druckenmiller, Balmer, or Woods. They were all far worse and much bigger busts.
Not that I want Thomas back.

Yes it does. I would rather have drafted jenkins in the end of the 1st than Thomas at #3

I'd take the (minimal) production from Thomas at #3 than absolutely nothing from Jenkins at #31.
