I thought this would be a good time to bump Johnnydel's film breakdown of Solly when playing inside. A lot of this is very encouraging now that we have edge rushers. He was mauling some of the guards in the later part of the season.

There is absolutely no reason to ever see Thomas on the edge including base...ever...unless it's a designed stunt.

It was all gas no brakes, but they were running on a lawn mower engine. Now its more of a old Volkswagen bug. Better, but not quite good.

I thought that Seattle system in place was all about not having to overthink ?
Either way I just hope he can at least look like he did his rookie year. Rooting for him

Sounds like the same exact role...press G's (nickel) and destroy TE's (base). Although destroying TE's is usually at BE.

It's impossible to watch this and not pull for Solomon Thomas.

It's been a while since I worked in the BH field but does anyone notice how fast he talks now (the sniffs)? That's kind of common in bipolar or certain depression meds. It's probably nothing but just wondering.
