Even a 2 game suspension going to be huge considering he gets a boo-boo for 10 of the games beringing him to miss half of each game.

at least he should be totally healthy now unlike last year when i think he came into camp with some shoulder issues

Also, I got to think the NFLPA will step in on appeal if there is a multiple game suspension. That will take a year, and hopefully this year he's going to be able to play all 16 games and playoffs.

There are 2 million people in Santa Clara County, I do not think any of the dozen law enforcement agencies will be targeting Rueben. He doesn't have to move to San Mateo or Fremont.

You are kidding right? Reuben is public enemy number 1 for them right now. I mean the Santa Clara DA wouldn't bring those kinds of charges on some rinky dink DV case, this was Reuben Foster and he was going to make a name for himself as DA. Maybe make a whole political career out of it. As long as Reuben is in Santa Clara, the DA is going to make him pay big time for jaywalking or running a red light. There won't be any real objective Justice for Reuben if he stays in Santa Clara, in my opinion. CavptiveVeg is right, the whole police force will be trying to goad him into making a mistake or making sure any mistake he makes will be magnified. They know him, they know where he lives, they know everything about what he does and where he goes. I'd suggest to him to get out of dodge and fast.

Agreed. I watch a lot of activist channels on youtube and you won't believe how far cops will go to disrupt someone's life for having done nothing more than expecting police to act within the laws they are sworn to uphold. One guy is currently a refugee in Mexico right now due to busting cops on audio trying to set him up. This is just some Joe Schmo and not someone with the profile of Reuben Foster. If I were him i'd move out of Santa Clara and i'd be catching a ride in to and from work each day.

Elliot wouldn't have been suspended at all had the video of him exposing that woman publicly not come out. He is proven, video evidence, of not having a whole lot of respect for women and I think that led a lot of credence to the accusations of DV against him, despite not being charged. In Fosters case the complainant said I was a money grabbing biatch and he did nothing wrong but hurt my feelings" and imo that's a large difference.

I believe Zeke's accuser still cooperated with the NFL and essentially they came to the conclusion that he hit her on several occasions. After what happened with Foster's "trial" I can't imagine his ex would be cooperating with the NFL and the NFL punishing him for anything related to that DV arrest would be absolutely ridiculous when all the facts pointed to him being setup and made the DA look AWFUL and incompetent.

Does Roger really need more ways to make himself look incompetent?

Unfortunately he may not care since he has the league by the balls...

Reuben is not public enemy #1 of anyone here. Where do you live? This isn't the sticks.
How will the DA make him get caught jaywalking or running a red light and what will the DA do?
What police force will be trying to goad him and which police forces have him under 24 hour surveillance? There are a dozen LE agencies in Santa Clara County.
