Also, I got to think the NFLPA will step in on appeal if there is a multiple game suspension. That will take a year, and hopefully this year he's going to be able to play all 16 games and playoffs.

There are 2 million people in Santa Clara County, I do not think any of the dozen law enforcement agencies will be targeting Rueben. He doesn't have to move to San Mateo or Fremont.

You are kidding right? Reuben is public enemy number 1 for them right now. I mean the Santa Clara DA wouldn't bring those kinds of charges on some rinky dink DV case, this was Reuben Foster and he was going to make a name for himself as DA. Maybe make a whole political career out of it. As long as Reuben is in Santa Clara, the DA is going to make him pay big time for jaywalking or running a red light. There won't be any real objective Justice for Reuben if he stays in Santa Clara, in my opinion. CavptiveVeg is right, the whole police force will be trying to goad him into making a mistake or making sure any mistake he makes will be magnified. They know him, they know where he lives, they know everything about what he does and where he goes. I'd suggest to him to get out of dodge and fast.

Agreed. I watch a lot of activist channels on youtube and you won't believe how far cops will go to disrupt someone's life for having done nothing more than expecting police to act within the laws they are sworn to uphold. One guy is currently a refugee in Mexico right now due to busting cops on audio trying to set him up. This is just some Joe Schmo and not someone with the profile of Reuben Foster. If I were him i'd move out of Santa Clara and i'd be catching a ride in to and from work each day.

Elliot wouldn't have been suspended at all had the video of him exposing that woman publicly not come out. He is proven, video evidence, of not having a whole lot of respect for women and I think that led a lot of credence to the accusations of DV against him, despite not being charged. In Fosters case the complainant said I was a money grabbing biatch and he did nothing wrong but hurt my feelings" and imo that's a large difference.

But he still had the gun charge and weed arrest. He is gonna be suspended

Foster isnt going to be suspended for the DV case. He is gonna be suspended for the weed and gun charge.

I think the NFL will suspend Foster for 4 games just to send what they deem to be the correct message.

Foster isnt going to be suspended for the DV case. He is gonna be suspended for the weed and gun charge.

His weed charge and a suspension to coincide with it depends on what stage of the policy he is in, is it stage one or stage two ? If it is one they he should not be suspended for it.

That s**t isn't happening with Foster. He will get suspended for the two misdemeanors (guns/weed) I'm guessing 2-4 games. He will then appeal the suspension like all players do and will get it reduced a game or two.

All said and done IMO we're looking at around 2 maybe 3 games....IF Goodell goes full retard over the DV case the NFLPA/Foster's lawyer will fight it and we will be going down a similar path as Brady/Zeke took. Not sure Roger is gonna want to go down that road again especially with no witnesses to backup the original claim.

Is this the same Elliot caught on camera that Goddell gave a penalty for illegal touching. I don't recall any proof Foster did what he was originally charged with. The gun charge is pure crap if it wasn't in Cali and as I see it everything after the bogus DV charge should have been dismissed. How would your feel if someone threw false charges at you and they raided your house looking at your stuff. 1075 Foster pages
