Oh it matters and it should matter to not just 49ers and 49er fans.

If the NFL suspends him for anything more than 2 games it's b******t and the NFLPA should take them to court.

Really IMO anything more than 1 game is BS but it's Roger...

The NFL should simply not suspend him at ALL for anything that came as a result of that crazy b***h calling the cops on him. That also includes the gun charge. The league cannot reward b******t accusations even though he did own the guns "illegally". The gun charges were a part of that whole arrest.

And really we have a track record of other players getting popped for more heinous car related/gun arrests who only got 1-2 games. If they give Foster a bigger suspension it will be absolutely ridiculous.

This is where i am , and anything more than this would just make good-hell look even stupider than he already is. One of gooddell;s problems all along has been consistency, which he has not had. Also having a sliding scale for bad problem gets bad punishment. Here is minor to de minimus problem which should be minor to de minimus penalty. IF he fails that, he is going to just spiral downhill from here on. It's a new yr and one would think somewhere, somehow, he would get an idea of what proportionality is. To date he has failed here miserably.

Then as noted above there is the fact that MJ is legal in more states, which just complicates things.

I think it's crazy they gave Winston 3 games with prior history as long as he basically took a plea deal...wtf?

Stuck it to Zeke last year but as long as Winston gives a BS apology and doesn't resist the suspension it's shaved down to 3...no consistency.
