That's my biggest concern for this game with spoon. The Vikings seem to test teams CBs with outside zones with multiple extra blockers to get Cook 1 on 1 with CBs

Exactly.

And we all know Witherspoon doesn't have any big boy pads.

Not just DCook either. If there's a lead blocking FB or TE coming, Spoon needs to take them out so the safety can make the play. He needs to get physical. There are no more "business decisions" this time of year.

From what I've seen from him I think he's just bad in space vs being scared to hit or take on blockers. I've seen him sacrifice his body but when he's in zone he just doesn't tackle well at all. It's pretty bad sometimes.
It's both. I've seen him pretend to be blocked on crack replace plays.

Moseley just has more dawg in him IMHO. He seems excited to play the best. Great mental makeup. It took him a minute to get up to game speed off the bench last game but he seems to come through when it matters most. I just don't have that same confidence in Witherspoon.
Well, if he isnt up for the game, misses a tackle for TD, or just doesn't have his heart in it, then Kyle tells saleh to make the change. It won't take long to figure it out....just so we figure it out before MN does.

The part the media seems to miss or just dismiss, is that yes Dalvin is a load to tackle, but our DL isn't chopped liver. Also Dalvin can expect a couple times to have Nick beat him to the handoff and Nick may just take the ball . We got 4 guys , who can move, and 3 of them are stronger than strong. Dee is based on speed, and i love him for it. But we got 3 other guys who are going to make it hard on the MN OL by crashing the OL and ending up in the backfield.

Actually i'm Glad there is so much sentiment for MN because as usual, we haven't played anybody, except Ravens....who beat us on last play of game. The media seems fixated on krapt like that. Fine. Let 'em. This is a really good O going up a really good D. But what press is missing is that our D is finally back to mid season form. And first 8 games, they were healthy and efficient. Hopefully that's what we see again.

Two plays to look out for ....Thiel on touch pass in EZ and his buddy on touch pass to R end zone. That we gotta defend. For sure. Most definitely. And certainly.

One guy was undrafted and had to bust his ass to get here, and the other was blessed with rare athletic gifts at birth. Not saying Ahkello doesn't work hard, but his path to the NFL was significantly easier than Moseley's.

As we're learning with Pettis too (Bourne), how you get here can go a long ways in how far you go here.
he may be starting on Sunday, still, but that doesn't mean it's without a shorter leash.

all you need to do is got back to the box score of the MNF game against the seahawks, this guy was out that game and the WR's didn't not catch a TD, Fast Forward to the final game of the season, Wilson throws for 2 TD's both against #23, I can't even call him by his name no more he just #23
Bold prediction, He's gonna completely shutdown his side.

his side of the bench.

ACTUALLY, it was never SPOOFS fault.. it was the fans HERE who made him the player that he is NOT... Sure he showed some flashes, but we've had those types of players before..

We had...

VERNON
RASHARD
GOODWIN
PETTIS

It's ok to have some HOPE, but danggg, making a guy an INSTANT ALL PRO..

Sheeezzzz !!!

Lol Jesus. So you're like Akhellos version of tradethomastoNE. That's coach speak. This entire season coaches have been sticking up for the players. They're not going to just call him out to the media.

The rest of his quote is:
"But, to say he played a poor game against Seattle, I'll be honest with all of you, it would be inaccurate."

Lol, so saying he played poor is inaccurate but somehow he got benched during the most important time... Right. Saleh is clearly just trying not to kill Witherspoons confidence.

They have called out people. This regime has been surprisingly candid, perhaps to a fault.

I assume your "tradethomastoNE" comment is implying that I'm I'm a Spoon homer. I had a CB to push or replace Spoon in both of my mock drafts on WZ. I had Moseley on my final 53 because I felt he was a good backup. And that's how I see both of them now, replaceable.

^That hits on what NC and I were talking about last week. That both Moseley and Spoon were getting beat, and in a similar fashion. As I said twice during the game thread "Moseley in, same result".
Remind me, how many TDs did Mosely give up?

Seriously right. Mosely is better and gives up way less tds. Unless yards are more important than points to some of you
