He knows he doesnt have expectations to start. He can come along like Mayo on his day off

If he looked good or had a cool name, I'd be open to thinking he has a chance. But nope

There sure hasn't been any thing on CJ looking any good. I hope he doesn't turn out to be a dud.

From the sounds of it, he is making the right decisions, but has not placed the ball well or holding onto the ball a tad long. That will come with time when he learns the offense and doesn't have to think and just do. Also, every rookie has to get familiar with the speed of the NFL game and also become more in sync with the receivers on the team. One writer wrote about him and Barkley and while Barkley has been laying more of it in there, he has thrown more intercepts.
He won't wow us, but by year three, I think he will at least be on the level of Hoyer, but with KS's guidance even go further, as long as he doesn't get shell shocked and forced to have to do it all.

It seems like Herm Edwards, we're gonna play, to win, the game and we will be taking shots and going for W's this year!
NFL effed up letting a Shanny getting Goodwin on the cheap. I'm betting Goodwin gets 650+ yards. Robinson has looked real good as well... Stay confident CJ, you got all the time to play loose and eff around making magic in pre-season.

Damn right. Kyle didn't say BeatHard reminds him of Brian freaking Hoyer but
Kirk Cousins and we ALL KNOW Kirk has been invited to Jed's for the ShanaLynch sleepover! That's big time.

I think CJ jumps past Barkely for the #2 spot.

Observers are noticing that since the pads came out, Beathard has been dominating the pre-determined backup pool. Would be something special to see Beathard go into the second preseason game as the #2. Kyle and John are in a luxurious position, Hoyer's gaurantees are paper thin, and Hoyer could crack to pieces under pressures of 2018.
CJ knows he has nothing to lose, and this sort of confidence could have him starting in week six (aka Hoyer's statistical cut-off point per season). CJ is gonna reunite the families, and take the grove back!

If Beathard is only slightly worse than Matt Barkley by the end of the training camp, we don't need Barkley and can go on with 2 QBs+ Mullens on PS.

idk Hoyer is pretty fragile. Might be a good idea to keep QBs. We have no idea how Mullens is even doing. If Hoyer and Beathard go down, i cant imagine Mullens would be an option to start
