Hmmm, this makes me think that the inactives might have been motivation to get in the shape they wanted, he did and got rewarded with starts and a lot of snaps.

Thats kind of the the good and bad, he has good speed for a NT, while Mitchell had the beef to take on double teams, but Jones is young, and can probably add more muscle and be able to take on double teams. I hope anyway.

That's just always going to happen from time to time, it's what you get when you prioritise 1 gap penetraters over 2 gap cloggers.

In theory if someone is being bodied in a double team one of his teammates should have penetrated their gap and disrupted the play.

I agree with AB that DJ has the capacity to get better in both areas, and that he's already pretty good.
