I then said no wringing just doesn't sound usual that ligament attachment issues are a normal part of high ankle sprains.
Then you're asking me when the surgery is? 🤔 Maybe I'm missing something but I don't recall high ankle sprains always having ligament *attachment* issues which is why I said "sounds like..."
If someone said he broke his arm and it was shattered, I'm not medical expert but that sounds worse than he just broke his arm. I could be wrong and not insisting I'm right on this ...
Overall what I said I'm more conservatively cautious with starters when it comes to recurring injuries.
Correct, surgery is only required when it's an extremely severe case and even then it's about a 3 month recovery with no long term effects. Lol it's on you because you blindly just ran with something and started the hand-wringing. That's why I was just trying to tell you it's a standard, albeit severe, high ankle sprain that won't impact next year
