When I think of alot of guys that we should see take another step forward this season, this man keeps coming to mind.
Great run defender with surprising quickness for his size. I'm looking forward to his development this season. I got a feeling he's going to make the niner's roster decisions that much more difficult next off-season.

I love DJ. Dude has a chance to be a force out there this year both in run defense and pass rushing if he can stay healthy. Another late round gem of a find for this team.

DJ and Kinlaw - in the middle and Ford/Bosa outside, watch out! I think this is a better DLine than maybe with Armstead in there. There is great depth on our DLIne, and I am so jazzed about it.

DJJones is the perfect nose tackle for this scheme. He is more quick than he is immovable, which is what's needed. It's a shame that he sat behind Earl Mitchell for two seasons.

That's probably Zgonina's doing, and that's why he's gone. Once Kocurek came into the organization, I think DJ Jones was immediately elevated and Earl was let go.
