Getting way ahead of myself, but If he plays well, do we trade beathard, keep Mullens as the back up

At this point, I'm glad. I want to see Mullins. I don't think he's going to be any good but we'll see. CJ has had his moments, but 10 turnovers in a 4 game span followed by a 0 turnover game but horribly ineffective in that same game has made me into a non-believer of the Beathard-wagon.

Yup. 2012 seems like forever ago, but it was only 6. How the hell did we fall so fast?
Rhetorical question, don't answer.

The return on investment is likely very negative at this point so I doubt it unless we like 7th round picks 2 years out.

OK so has anyone watched him in college ? Anyone know anything about his game ? His weakness ? Strengths ? Can someone give any input on him before we watch him ?

After playing well in ONE game? Might be over emphasizing a small sample size.

I'm starting Oakland in my fantasy cash league.
That's how much faith I have in Mullens

Lol well I will say you will be having more fun watch Nick hold onto the ball even longer

Mullens gonna pull a JTO and look like a "gunslinger" throwing a few touchdowns and picks apiece.

Exactly how I feel. Don't expect anything from Mullens but it's a breath of fresh air. Although I think a healthy C.J could carve up the raiders d a bit like he did green bay.
