Yeah it's the complete opposite for me. I don't need another game to see Beathard is still really slow going through his progressions and his footwork in the pocket is still really sloppy. Jimmy wasn't stepping into his throws on a bad ankle. CJ rarely does it even without any physical limitations.

Now that everyone acknowledges that he sucks and will be a stopgap for our next QB, he can probably be a decent QB like Shaun Hill.

He's still going to get blown up by opposing Dlines because our Oline can't block anyone right now.

Yeah CJ is the best guy to tank. Trade Mullens for a 4th or 5th. Mullens can actually win games. Beathard doesn't win games

We can't make the team lose games. We just don't know what the season looks like. Other teams could have injuries too that make it easier for us to win. You just never know.
