QB Nick Mullens is now a Viking

This man is terrible.. he jacked up in stats in garbage time.. for the love of god. just play cj ,. then dump both in the off season... missing throws picks. should have had 4 picks.. people who hate jimmy have to agree that this guy is no answer for anything on this team. i foolishly believed we could win, then i remembered we had nick. a terrible defense and a mobile qb we faced... no pass rush.what else is new. terrible secondary play. terrible qb play. unable to run. terrible pass protection.. just like the eagles... terrible on prime time. oh.. for kyle defenders.... how the f**k do you defend run out of shot gun at the goal line... terrible...

I agree that I've seen enough of Mullens. I really would like to see CJ the rest of the way unless Jimmy comes back. If the Niners are out of the playoffs, I'd stay with CJ anyway. Give him a shot with all the regulars in there so he can show what he can do without the threat of being yanked the next series. CJ and Mullens are both free agents. They will probably keep one. Make sure it's the right one.

With the exception of the 1st int that wasn't his fault, he moved the ball the whole 2nd half. Not just garbage time.

As for wanting to see CJ Beathard you can't possibly be serious. He brings NOTHING to the table

When you see a guy like Allen or any of the top QBs have a game like that it kind of hammers home what we are missing.

he made soo many mistakes. he has had enough time he should have chemistry . terrible miss to reed.. how anyone can defend him is beyond me. nick brings nothing in my opinion. you got nothing to lose with cj in my opinion

I don't know. CJ is late on everything. It's not worth it for 3 or so deep balls a game.

I would just like to see him play with the regular lineup for 4 consecutive games without the axe hanging over his head. If he fails what have we lost? It's not likely that this team is making the playoffs. Maybe he can turn it around.

I guarantee Nick Mullens would've lost by 2 scores against the Saints last year and would've been swept by Arizona.
Nick Mullens will be a Case Keenum, Ryan Fitzmagic kind of journeymen once he leaves next year.
With a healthy Jimmy and Kittle the game against Buffalo would've been much closer or even a clutch win

The people here who swear Mullens is better than Jimmy are the guys who hate on him because their gfs or bfs love Jimmy or they're just flat out high on crack.
