Shaun Hill was a gamer but man he couldn't throw anything past like 25 yards. Mullens has a stronger arm, middle of the pack. Watch his college game tape (and with some NFL conditioning I'm sure he's added a little strength). If I had to make a comparison in arm strength I'd say it's Case Keenum-esque.
