Ian Williams just said they dumbed Down the play book for Mullen's last week. I said the same thing and people said it wasn't true. It was obvious to anyone who watched the game.

Was it really dumbed down, or could the Raiders just not stop our basics so we kept running what worked?

He is a Shaun Hill clone. His short passes will work a few games, but his inability to throw deep is going to be a problem.

Start him next week. He's every chance to go 3 - 0 and then sit him and look for a trade.

I thought he looked like he can play in the league. Besides our receivers throwing balls up in the air to get picked, our defense looked third string.

No he doesn't. He played very well.
1) He made one bad throw. The other was on Goodwin.
2) The 49ers have GOT TO have the dumbest safeties in the NFL. Blown coverages EVERYWHERE ALL NIGHT EVERY f**kING WEEK.
3) Alfred Morris is now a liability. When he's in the offense becomes predictable.
Mullens should start the rest of the season.

Played good enough to win.
1 interception was his fault. The other wasn't,
