Yes. He could be Nathan Peterman levels of bad. CJ at least moves the ball in 2/3 of his games to go along with the turnovers. Not to defend Beathard's play. Just saying we could do a lot worse, which is scary.

Man what a way to have your first start. In the bright lights against a team the fans want to win against so badly. Luckily the raiders are pretty bad also and they're a lot healthier than we are lol.

Possible. Even fans don't know much about Mullens. Can't imagine how the raiders are preparing for possible facing him. he has that going for him.

Well he can't be more of a choke artist than beathard. If he can pull out a win in a close game he's more valuable than beathard, even if he has no athletic ability

What do we have to lose? If he plays they won't expect to win. We know what we have with CJ. What if he actually plays better than CJ? Any possibility of a bright spot in the middle of this dumpster fire is appealing.

We have a lot to lose. Being embarrassed in our own home by obnoxious raider fans. Not sure if you guys are from the bay, but doesn't seem like it. These games are pretty important . Check the ticket prices compared to all the other games. Especially considering Thursday night games are usually much cheaper.

Mullens has been with us as long as CJ has and only knows 1/16th of the offense?
