Yeah that first half was scary. He was literally hitting his back foot on a 7 step drop and had a defender in his face.

If he's considered a top 3 pick he'll declare. You can't risk losing out on that sort of money. Anything can happen in one season. He could regress, get injured etc. If you're a top prospect these days more times than not you declare.
