I pray this happens, we need so much talent and the qbs are very meh, I don't want any setbacks through the draft

Well, that means John is working this side of his angle. That's good news. At least Kyle will have the scouting reports of the top draftees going into 2018 and he'll know what he has by the time the draft rolls around regarding QB's.

Rosen puts up big numbers...but part of the reason for that is UCLA is usually playing from behind, case in point last night vs Stanford. I'm considerably more impressed with Darnold. I like Penn St's QB McSorley, too. That said, I still think Cousins gives us the best chance to compete for playoffs. No matter who becomes our franchise QB, Lynch will need to shore up the C and possibly RG positions...next year Garnett will likely take over LG with Tomlinson to RG. C then becomes the key position to upgrade. The other big need is a WR. After watching the Penn St - Iowa game last night, I've definitely got a man-crush on Saquon Barkley. I can't think of a RB better suited for Shanahan's offense. Talk about your studs, Barkley's uber-studly.

The teams that should make 49ers fans nervous are bad teams with old quarterbacks, bad teams that have their QBOTF (trade), and of course Cleveland.

People don't even watch games and post fluff based on stats and score.

The first int was a perfect pass bounced off the WR's hands. The second int was suppose to be a deep route but the WR cut short and stopped. The ball was thrown deep as designed and the only person there was a Stanford defender. This was late 4th quarter after Stanford had run away with the game.

Anyhow, UCLA receivers dropped key passes all night. On third and long a perfect pass was dropped. A perfect TD pass was dropped in the endzone. On another third and long a perfect pass was completed but Stanford took the ball out of the WR's hands after he ran for a second. He was dog pilled and the play should've been called dead on a complete pass. Fumbles and drops cost UCLA points. After one drop on the next play Stanford blocked a FG. That's when the momentum changed.

Rosen was also pressured all night. Had red paint and grass all over his uniform. Was knocked down about ten times. There's simply no talent around him. He has one or two reliable targets but nothing special and drops were a HUGE issue last night.

The defense also gave up way too many TD's.

Also, saying "this QB class isnt good" is silly. Darnold and Rosen aren't going to dominate every game. No QB will do so.

You make a full evaluation when the season is over and add it to the QB's total body of work. The best passer from last years class (Trubisky) only had one season of tape. This years class by far has better passers.
